The 8-Stage Manufacturing Protocol

01

Project Review & Wind-Load Calculation

Structural assessment of opening spans, floor elevations, and acoustic goals.

Our structural engineering desk reviews project elevations and wind-load targets to specify the exact profile series and glass thickness.
02

Laser Survey & Fabrication CAD

Millimeter-level laser verification and automated shop-drawing generation.

Field surveyors record exact site dimensions. We produce CNC cutting lists and approved assembly drawings.
03

Computerized CNC Double-Mitre Cutting

Automated sawing delivering 45° and 90° cuts within ±0.2mm tolerance.

Automated double-head saws with flood cooling achieve burr-free cuts for airtight structural corner joints.
04

CNC Slot Milling & Hardware Mortising

Robotic machining for locks, concealed handles, and drainage weep slots.

All functional slots, drainage weep holes, and multi-point lock mortises are routed from digital CAD files.
05

Hydraulic Corner Joint Crimping

Pneumatic high-pressure crimping reinforced with 2-part structural epoxy.

Cast-aluminium cleats with dual-component polyurethane adhesive are crimped under hydraulic pressure.
06

Glazing & Continuous EPDM Gasketing

Automated glass installation with vulcanized EPDM rubber seals.

Tempered and insulated glass units are dry-glazed using EPDM perimeter gaskets, eliminating water and air leakage.
07

Multi-Point Quality Testing

Operational check of sash alignment, locking torque, and seal compression.

Every unit is tested for smooth roller movement, locking engagement, and cosmetic surface perfection.
08

Protective Packaging & Direct Dispatch

Foam edge buffers, heavy film wrap, and timber crate protection.

Finished assemblies are wrapped in multi-layer protection and delivered directly to the project site.

Why Virgin 6063-T5 Outperforms Recycled Scrap

A chemical and mechanical comparison between EuroLux virgin billet extrusions and common market recycled profiles.

Evaluation BenchmarkEuroLux Virgin 6063-T5Typical Recycled Local Scrap
Alloy Purity & Source
100% Primary China Mill Ingot with verified chemical certificate
Remelted local scrap pots with unknown lead/iron contaminants
Microscopic Porosity
Zero air voids; dense crystalline grain structure under extrusion
High internal porosity leading to micro-cracking under cyclone wind pressure
Yield & Tensile Strength
Tensile Strength ≥ 160 MPa, Hardness ≥ 8.5 Webster
Uncontrolled hardness (often brittle < 110 MPa, prone to frame warp)
Surface Finish & Adhesion
Uniform Qualicoat Class 1 adhesion (60-80 micron thickness without peeling)
Frequent blister bubbles, chalking, and paint detachment in tropical humidity
Corner Miter Rigidity
Hydraulic crimped joint with 2-part polyurethane adhesive holds permanently
Screwed corner brackets loosen and sag within 18 months
